What is a patron?

A patron is someone who supports a creator’s work with a recurring (or one-time) contribution. Patronage is one of the most common ways fans support comic creators and independent artists. In return, patrons get perks like behind-the-scenes content and public recognition.

What does my patronage support?

The development and production of Mally & Mo, including new episodes, artwork, and the work of getting safety content into communities.

Do I get the comics?

No. Mally & Mo comics are licensed to public safety organizations, not sold individually. Patronage gets you behind-the-scenes access, not the comics themselves.

Is this a donation?

No. Patronage is not tax-deductible and is not an investment. It’s direct support for an independent creator.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Benefits simply end when your patronage does.

Can my business become a patron?

Absolutely. Our top tier includes logo placement on our homepage. Note that all public recognition must be appropriate for our kid and family audience.

What if I want to do more than be a patron?

Funds support the independent development and production of Mally & Mo. Patronage is not an investment and is not tax-deductible. Benefits are available only while patronage is active. Mally & Mo reserves the right to withhold public recognition of any patron whose name, logo, or industry is deemed inappropriate for a young end-user audience. Patronage from such patrons remains welcome but will be anonymous, and may be recognized in other ways. Public recognition is provided as acknowledgment only and does not constitute sponsorship or endorsement, nor does it convey any rights to the Mally & Mo™ brand or characters.
