Welcome to the Mally & Mo website (“Site”). The Site is operated by Sparkified, Ltd. (“Sparkified,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Mally & Mo is a creative property produced and owned by Sparkified, Ltd.

All rights to Mally & Mo characters, artwork, stories, and brand elements remain exclusively with Sparkified, Ltd.

Similarly, references to public safety organizations, community partners, or safety professionals do not imply formal endorsement, certification, or official approval of Mally & Mo materials.

Any sponsor involvement is limited to supporting the distribution of educational materials and does not influence the safety guidance presented.

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and Sparkified does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
